Software Quality

In addition to e-commerce applications, traditional software solutions will continue to exert a considerable influence on the commercial success of a company., e.g. client server systems.

In the course of software certification to ISO/IEC 12119, as originally offered by the Gütegemeinschaft Software (GGS - Software Quality Association) and now by DIN CERTCO, numerous functions are tested that modern software must be expected to fulfil. Such tests were specifically undertaken, for example, in connection with Y2K and Euro compatibility, but their applicability is not limited to these cases. All software bearing the mark "DIN Tested Software" meets stringent quality criteria and has been tested by independent testing laboratories.
