Voluntary field of accreditation
By the DGA Deutsches Gesellschaft für Akkreditierung mbH, the German Accreditation Council for the certification of products (registration number: DGA-ZE-2460.99) according to the European Standard DIN EN 45011 "General requirements for bodies operating product certification systems". Legal arranged field of accreditations and acknowledgements
1. By the ZLS Central Authority of the Federal States for Safety for:
- The certification of eye protection in the scope of the European Community Directive 89/686/EWG about personal protective equipment (PSA), here we are additionally one of the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs acknowledged and by the European Commission appointed centre (Notified Body 0196)
- The test of personal protective equipment in the scope of the European Community Directive 89/686/EWG as well as protection equipment in the scope of the equipment reliability law (GSG)
2. By the German Institute for Construction Technique for:
- As centre for the issuing of European Community prototype technical release procedure verification certificates according to the European Community Directive 92/42/EWG about the efficiency of liquid and gaseous fuel filled new hot water central- heating boiler in the scope of the acknowledgement by building authorities in analogical usage of § 11 paragraph 1 number 4 of the law for building products
- As testing authority (BER1) for the survey of products for building before the declaration of conformity made by the manufacturer for "small sewage treatment plants without liquid waste ventilation" according to the German building code A part 1 with serial number 13.4 (edition 97/1)
- As supervisory board and certification centre (ÜZ-Stelle BER10)
- For building products of the German building code A part 1 with serial number 12.1.2, 12.1.6 up to 12.1.13, 12.1.17, 12.1.18.1, 12.1.18.2 and 12.1.26 as well as
- For building products with general approval by a building authority according to part IIa of the register of testing-, supervisory- and certification centres according to the German state building law with the serial number:
- + 31.1/1 pipes, shapes, slots, internal coatings made of plastic products, reconstruction procedures with plastic products (Z-42.1-..., Z-42.2-..., Z-42.3-...)
- + 31.1/2 pipes, shapes, slots, internal coatings made of fibre- glass reinforced polyester resin (UP-GF), reconstruction procedures with fibre- glass reinforced polyester resin (UP-GF) (Z-42.1-..., Z-42.2-..., Z-42.3-...) and
- + 41.1/5 pipes from thermoplastics (Z-40.23-...).
